V3 RS cheek pads are interchangeable over all helmet sizes. The helmet comes with a 45mm installed but can be customized with either 40mm or 50mm replacement cheek pads. Select the 45mm cheek pads to maintain the original fit. Select the 40mm cheek pads for a looser fit. Select the 50mm cheek pads for a tighter fit.
