Delivery Information...
Deliveries to the UK...

Shipping within the UK is FREE ON ANY ORDER over £29.00. Orders for less will be charged at £3.95. All orders are upgraded to Express Tracked Delivery at no extra charge.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt when possible. Our current delivery time is on average 1.9 days but please allow 2-3 working days for all UK orders. We use DPD & ParcelForce and all courier services are fully trackable and insured.

We use DPD as our courier who operate the industry leading Predict and Follow My Parcel services.

Each customer receives a predelivery notification via SMS or email upon dispatch.  Plus, a one hour delivery window via SMS or email on the day of delivery.  This allows you to track the progress of the parcel on a map, counting down to a 15 minute window.  Keeping you informed at all stages of your delivery, with options to ensure you never miss delivery of your order.  Please ensure you provide correct email and mobile number for communication. DPD have the best parcel shop network in the UK! There are over 2,500 convenient Pickup Shops - that’s one within a 10-minute drive of 93% of the population. In London, that jumps up to an average walking distance of just 5 minutes!

Deliveries to Europe…

We accept European orders and can ship our full range of stock to a list of countries which is shown at the basket page in the shipping selection box. Shipping costs are shown at the checkout page but these may be subject to change, we will always inform customers of any change prior to shipping. For all European orders there is a minimum order of £100, any queries please mail our sales team: [email protected].

Deliveries to European areas are typically 3-5 working days. Orders in the EU are sent by DPD via a fully trackable and insured service.

We at Dirtbikexpress accept returns on the basis that the item/s are un-used, and in the original re-saleable condition. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.

Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery. Return postage costs cannot be covered by Dirtbikexpress unless we are notified of damaged or faulty goods upon receipt. 

You must inform us of your intent to return your item/s by phone or email, these items must be received back with us within the 60 day "cooling off" period from when you initially received your order. If you inform us within this period you will receive a full refund. If you inform us after this period the refund will be subject to a 20% handling fee which will be deducted off of the refund total.

When returning an item/s, please download our returns form by clicking HERE, and enclose it with your returned parcel. Without this information we cannot authorise your exchange or refund.
