Rekluse Core EXP Manual Clutch with Torq Drive Kit Kit for Kawasaki KXF & KLX Bikes - Rekluse Clutches
Rekluse has released their new performance manual clutch product currently developed for select offroad dirtbike and ATV applications. The Rekluse Core Manual with TorqDrive™ clutch uses components that are lighter than stock and innovative technology allowing the clutch pack to be configured with up to 12 steel friction disks and 12 steel drive plates.
As a result, this clutch produces unprecedented rider benefits that many are already calling the best manual clutch currently available to the offroad racing market.
A High-Performance Manual Clutch which the Pros are already calling “The New Holeshot Device!"
Feel More Torque:Retain that precious horsepower you pumped into your motor and FEEL it going to the rear wheel.
Launch Off the Line Faster:With more powerful torque transfer your starts will be better than ever..
Race With More Confidence:With better traction and harder lock up, you can blitz whoops faster and launch triples easier.
Precise Lever Feel:Historically a heavy duty, high performance clutch made for a stiff lever. Not anymore! Now you get all the torque transfer AND a very smooth lever.
What is the Performance Advantage?
The TorqDrive™ clutch pack is comprised of 12 steel drive plates and 12 friction disks instead of the usual 7 and 8 plate pack. This is achieved using Rekluse thin friction and thin drive plate technology, resulting in benefits far beyond simply billet. When this technology is coupled with our highly engineered pressure plate and center hub the result is something you can actually feel benefiting you. We are certain you haven’t felt anything like this from a clutch before.
What the Teams and Pros are Saying…
“Rekluse has proven to give our riders a performance advantage.” “The durability is the best we’ve seen from a clutch company and our racers really like the precise lever feel they get with this clutch.”- Steve Dixon, Bike It Yamaha Cosworth Race Team Manager. “I really feel the power of the bike more with this clutch and without sacrificing any lever stiffness,” remarks Max Anstie, Team Rider. “In the MX2 class power delivery is key and with the Rekluse clutch, it just feels like it hooks up and really pulls out of the corners.” - Max Anstie, Bike It Yamaha Cosworth Race Team Rider “We are excited about how well the Rekluse clutch performed after testing in very strenuous conditions. Our riders are happy with the fine feeling clutch.” - Giacomo Gariboldi, Honda MX2 Team Manager “I experienced the Rekluse clutch during our fall HRC testing and immediately had a great feeling! This new Rekluse clutch grants more sensibility and feeling, lasts much longer, and is definitely a great improvement for our 2014 season.” - Tim Gajser, Honda Gariboldi Race Team MX2 “In back-to-back testing with other clutch systems, our pilots preferred the feeling of the Rekluse TorqDrive clutch. The Rekluse clutch delivered more power to the ground with better control and no clutch lever fade. The pilots felt that the bike was faster and their lap times actually improved. The new Rekluse clutch also lasts significantly longer and runs cooler than other clutch systems.” - Paolo Martin, Honda Racing Corporation Team Manager
