How much will shipping be for my UK order?

UK Mainland Orders are eligible for FREE Delivery. Please note Highlands & Islands are subject to change based upon weight/size of parcel, you will be contacted proir to dispatch to clarify this cost.

How much will shipping be for my International order?

Once you have added products to your basket, you will be given a shipping quote. This is subject to change as shipping is calculated depending upon size and weight of your parcel - you will be contacted to confirm this.

When should I expect my order to be dispatched, and when will I receive it?

You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been placed. This will go to the e-mail address you provided us at the time you placed your order. Processing times vary based upon the product. If the item is in stock then it will normally be processed and dispatched on the first working day after you placed your order.

  • Within the UK

    Our orders are sent via Recorded Royal Mail 1st Class post or via our courier Fedex and are normally delivered within 48hrs. Please note that this is not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays especially during busy periods such as Christmas.

  • Outside the UK

    International parcels are sent via Royal Mail 'Signed For' or Parcelforce Worldwide on a fully trackable service. As with parcels sent within the UK, some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Parcels may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-EU countries.
    Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.

    I am having problems placing my order via Debit/Credit Card?

    If you discover that there is a problem placing an order via Debit/Credit Card, please check the following:

    1: Check that we accept card you are trying (symbols shown on left)

    2: Make sure there are no spaces in the credit card number

    3: Check that you have entered the correct expiry date of the card. You do not need to enter a start date or issue number if your card does not have one.

    4: Ensure you have entered the 3 digit Card Security Code from the back of your card.

    5: Try another card, if you still have problems please contact our Sales Hotline (01643) 709144 where we will be able to help you get your order processed.

    Please Note: We have anti-fraud measures that will automatically fail any credit card tried three times in a 15 minute period.

    How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

    Please contact us to make any amendments to an order you have placed.

    I have not received my order?

    The parcel may have been delayed within the postal system.
    For deliveries sent via FedEx we can supply you with a tracking number to trace you order online, please advise us if your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 days and we will assist you with tracking your order.
    For deliveries sent via Royal Mail - please note that a parcel will not be deemed as lost until it has been in the postal system (national or international) for a period of 28 working days. It is very rare for a parcel to take this length of time to arrive but we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

    I made a return, how long until I will see the credit to my account?

    Once we have received your returned item, we will process the refund the same day. You should receive your refund within 5 working days, this will be credited to the original payment method.
