We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders within the UK. Otherwise delivery costs depend on your location, we try our best to keep our charges to a minimum amount.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt when possible, please allow 2-3 days for all UK orders. We use FedEx for large, valuable items and Royal Mail Tracked Delivery for smaller items. All courier services are fully trackable and insured.
Deliveries to Europe & Worldwide…
We accept International orders and can ship our full range of stock to Europe, America and Canada, a full list of countries we ship to is given at the basket page in the shipping selection box. Shipping costs are shown at the checkout page but these may be subject to change, we will always inform customers of any change prior to shipping. Deliveries to Europe and Worldwide areas are typically 5-7 working days. Orders in the EU are sent by FedEx International & Worldwide parcels are sent by Parcelforce. All courier services are fully trackable and insured.
We at Dirtbikexpress accept returns on the basis that the item/s are un-used, and in the original re-saleable condition. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.
Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery. Return postage costs cannot be covered by Dirtbikexpress unless damaged or faulty goods.
You must inform us of your intent to return your item/s by phone or email, these items must be received back with us within 7 days of receiving your order. If you inform us within this period you will receive a full refund. If you inform us after this period the refund will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% to be deducted off of the refund total.
When returning an item/s, please download our returns form by clicking here, and enclose it with your returned parcel. Without this information we cannot authorise your exchange or refund.
