We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders for UK Mainland only. Mainland UK Deliveries are on a 2 to 3 day delivery service. Dirtbikexpress have a minimum order value of £5.00 per order.

RETURNS

We at Dirtbikexpress accept returns on the basis that the item/s are un-used, and in the original re-saleable condition. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.

Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery. Return postage costs cannot be covered by Dirtbikexpress unless damaged or faulty goods.

You must infom us of your intent to return your item/s by phone or email within 8 days of receiving your order. If you inform us within this period you will receive a full refund. If you inform us after this 8 day period the refund will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% to be deducted off of the refund total.

When returning an item/s, please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your delivery, or enclose a covering letter detailing your name, contact phone number, invoice number and reason for return.

For exchange of items, please note that an additional fee will be payable to re-deliver your item/s. Large item/s delivered by Courier - £9.99, smaller item/s delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - £4.99.

Should you wish to exchange your item for any reason, we are now offering a return collection for our UK customers!
Why return your heavy motocross gear by Royal Mail, when our courier will collect your returned parcel from your doorstep and as soon as we receive your parcel safe with us,our courier will also re-deliver your alternative item at no extra cost!
