Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50 for UK Mainland only. If order less than £50, see individual p & p costs detailed. Mainland UK Deliveries are on a 2 to 3 day delivery service.

***Please note, any deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are subject to change due to weight of item ordered. We will always contact customer's prior to dispatch to clairify.***

We are now accepting International orders and can ship our full range of stock to Europe, America and Canada. Shipping costs are shown within the checkout, but these may be subject to change. Any queries please mail our sales team: sales@dirtbikexpress.co.uk

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition with tags attached within 14 days of invoice date. Please state if you require a refund or exchange. No refund will be given if after this 14 day period.
If refund requested, a 20% restocking charge is applicable, unless faulty or damaged goods. We regret we cannot refund postage costs unless item is faulty.

All Special Order items are made to order and therefore no cancellation or return on item.

Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery.

For exchange of items, please note that an additional fee will be required to cover postage costs large items - £8.99 small items - £4.99.
